Why this exists
Timeshare owners get bad answers from Google.
Search "Wyndham points value" and Google shows you Wyndham Rewards — the hotel loyalty program. But you own Club Wyndham timeshare points. Different product. Different value. Different exit options entirely.
We built this to answer the question owners actually mean: what are my points worth on the secondary market, and what's the cleanest way to turn them into cash?
The calculator pulls from current rental rates across Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct timeshare rental marketplaces. We're free because we earn a referral fee when you choose to work with one of our vetted partners — never from you, only from them. Full disclosure.

How owners get to cash
Estimate your value
Pick your program and enter your points. The calculator returns a rental-value range built from current Airbnb and Vrbo rates. Thirty seconds, no signup.
Compare three paths
Rent the points yourself (highest upside, real work). Sell to a buyer service for cash upfront (less per point, no work). Or exit the contract entirely if you want maintenance fees gone.
Pick a vetted partner
We refer to services like Timeshare Rental Pros — paid out $15M+ to 10,700+ owners. When a brand-direct exit (Wyndham Ovation, etc.) is cheaper than any paid service, we say so.

Frequently asked
Common questions from timeshare owners
How do I find out what my timeshare points are worth?
Use our free calculator above: pick your program (Club Wyndham, Marriott Vacation Club, Hilton Grand Vacations, Diamond, Bluegreen, Westgate, WorldMark, or Vistana), enter the number of points, and we estimate the rental value based on current secondary-market rates. The estimate takes about 30 seconds.
Why are timeshare points worth different amounts in different programs?
Each timeshare program has a different point-to-resort allocation system. A Marriott Vacation Club point covers a smaller share of a stay than a Club Wyndham point, so each Marriott point is worth more in cash terms. The total value of a typical annual allocation often ends up similar across programs ($1,000–$4,000) — but per-point values differ widely.
Can I actually get cash for my unused timeshare points?
Yes. Services like Timeshare Rental Pros pay cash upfront for your unused annual points — typically within 48 hours of accepting an offer. You don't pay any fee. They make their money by renting your points out on Airbnb and Vrbo. The trade-off vs. self-renting: you take a slightly lower price per point in exchange for no work and guaranteed payment.
Is selling timeshare points the same as selling the timeshare itself?
No — these are two different things. Selling your annual points monetizes one year's allocation; you still own the contract. Selling the timeshare itself transfers ownership and ends your annual maintenance fees. Most owners are better off renting/selling annual points unless they want to fully exit the contract.
How is Timeshare Points Value different from other timeshare sites?
We are not a timeshare seller, exit company, or pressure-sales operation. We are an independent comparison site. We earn referral fees only when you choose to work with one of our vetted partners — never from you. We will tell you when a brand-direct exit (like Wyndham Ovation) is cheaper than any paid service.
